Shipping Policy

Every BeeFlora Peony is individually handcrafted to order, petal by petal. Because your bloom is made especially for you, please allow time for it to be carefully created, finished and prepared before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch

All BeeFlora Peonies are handmade to order.

Please allow 7–21 days from the date of your order for your Peony to be made and dispatched.

We may complete your order sooner, but every flower is individually formed, shaped, coloured and assembled by hand, and we never want to rush the making process.

Please note that the 7–21 day timeframe is our processing and making time and does not include the carrier's delivery time after dispatch.

If your order contains more than one handmade item, your order will normally be dispatched once all items are ready.

UK Delivery — £5.99

Standard UK delivery is £5.99 per order.

Your £5.99 delivery charge includes tracked delivery and protective postal packaging to help your handcrafted BeeFlora Peony arrive safely.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

BeeFlora Peonies are delicate sculptural candles created from individually formed beeswax petals.

Each Peony is carefully presented in its BeeFlora gift box together with its care and safety information.

Your gift box is then placed inside suitable protective postal packaging for delivery.

Because every flower is handmade and delicate, we take particular care when preparing orders for their journey to you.

Delivery Address

Please check that your name and delivery address are complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the delivery details.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, additional postage may be required before the order can be sent again.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided for your delivery service, you will receive the relevant tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch notification.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Occasionally, parcels may experience delays after leaving us.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period shown by the carrier, please contact us at:

Please include your order number so that we can investigate the delivery.

Carrier delays caused by busy periods, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Damaged During Delivery

Every BeeFlora Peony is carefully packaged, but because our flowers are made from individually formed beeswax petals, they are naturally delicate.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your Peony has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged Peony
• Photographs of the internal packaging
• Photographs of the outer postal packaging

Please keep the damaged product and all packaging while we investigate, as photographs or the original packaging may be required when dealing with the delivery carrier.

Where an item has arrived damaged, faulty or otherwise not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Delivery

At present, BeeFlora delivers within the United Kingdom only.

We hope to introduce international delivery in the future.

Your BeeFlora Peony isn't taken from a warehouse shelf.

Each bloom is individually made for your order from dozens of beeswax petals, shaped and assembled by hand.

For this reason, please remember to allow 7–21 days for your order to be created and dispatched.
